How It Works
Themed Teepee Setting Rentals
I craft themed Teepee settings by selecting all the elements that allow us to create a cohesive aesthetic look. I often hand-craft many of the party props to achieve a "one-of-a-kind" look. My rentals consist of themed settings. I do not rent individual items but the whole setting. I set everything up and breakdown. I will neither ship my rentals nor can they be picked up. I want to make sure that the setup looks exactly how we, (you and I) envisioned it.
Photos shown are called "Inspiration Photos" so that you and I have the freedom to flex and create your sleepover experience.

Setup, Space & Breakdown

Client must be present at the agreed time for set up and collection of the equipment.

Client is responsible for ensuring adequate indoor space. The space required per teepee / mattress is approximately 50 inches x 75 inches. The space required is to ensure the safety of the children moving in and around the area.

Teepeez By Mx Bee will not refund in full or in part the monies paid in the event that adequate space is not available to set up the equipment.

Client must ensure that the sleepover area is free of furniture prior to our arrival and is clean (dirt and dust free). Area must be ready for the party to be set up and designed. Teepeez By Mz Bee is not responsible for the removal of furniture to enable the party to be set up. Any delay in the start time because of this will result in a $40 waiting fee being charged.

Client is responsible for all equipment while in their care.
Booking and Prices

Provisional bookings will be held for 3 days before the security deposit is due. If a deposit is not paid during that time the date will be made available again.

Bookings are confirmed once a security deposit of $80 has been received.

The full balance is due 7 days before the party date. At this time numbers, theme and any extras will be confirmed. After this time changes cannot be made.

The cost includes styling and collection the following day. Delivery will be charged at a rate ($4.50) per mile.

The hire period is 1 night however extra nights can be arranged.

The equipment must not be used outdoors without prior written permission.

We do everything possible to ensure set up and collection is at agreed upon time. Please know delays do happen, especially here in DFW with severe traffic problems, road closures and accidents. We promise to communicate with you and be there as soon as we can!

All prices are subject to change. Prices quoted at time of booking will be honored.
Cancellation Policy
-
Bookings can be changed up to 14 days before the original date and changes must be mutual between the customer and Teepeez By Mz Bee. This is subject to availability of dates and themes already booked.

Bookings cancelled before 14 days of the party date will result in loss of the security deposit.

For bookings cancelled within 14 days of the party Teepeez By Mz Bee will charge the client 50% of their total package price.

There will be no refunds given for any guests that cancels within 4 days before of the event.

There will be a $50 fee assessed for any drop off/pick up changes requested within 48 hours of the event.
Damage To Rental Items

Any damage to the rentals will result in additional charges. This includes stains to teepee, bedding, blankets and cushions.

Damaged or missing items additional invoice will be issued for immediate payment. Cost to replace the damaged, stained or missing items as follows:

To avoid accidents, we ask that food and drink are not to be consumed inside the teepee and any nail varnish that may have been applied is completely dry. If children are wearing any sort of makeup, we would ask that this be removed before getting into bed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the spa accessories and equipment as this creates a fire hazard and to prevent smoke odor on the equipment. If found then the equipment will all need to be professionally cleaned and will result in additional fees.

We kindly ask that pets be kept well away from the equipment at all times.
Safety of Party Guests

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that children are properly supervised at all times during the party. The client is responsible for the care and safety of all children at the party.

Teepeez By Mz Bee is not responsible for the care and safety of the children and cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to a child during the party.

Teepeez By Mz Bee will accept no responsibility to damage to the client's home or possessions while hosting a party.

It is the client's responsibility to inform guests accordingly to these Terms and Conditions.
Allergies

Please advise us in advance if a child has an allergy to bedding or a particular washing soap so we can discuss options with you.

It is the client responsibility to notify us of any skin allergies if booking our spa package.

Teepeez By Mz Bee cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions to either food (eaten during the party), spa products or bedding.

We use quality products and follow strict hygiene routines.

FAQs
How much space do I need?
-
Each teepee and mattress needs approximately 47” x 75” of floor space. Please measure!

Please Note: We do not move furniture – the space must be cleared and ready for setup upon our arrival. Thank you!
What do the children sleep on?
-
We provide a mattress, sheet, and duvet. All of the bedding is anti-allergy and it is all washed after every party. The mattresses are 75” in length and very comfortable! Remember to have each child bring their own pillow!
What is included in the price?

We deliver, set up, and collect the following day. Each teepee will have its own mattress and fully decorated bed. Depending on your theme, accessories include battery operated fairy lights, garland, tray table, cushions, blankets, and chalk name boards.

I will make every effort to ensure your setup looks magical and inviting. Tips are welcome and appreciated. Please take care nothing is broken or damaged as this incurs additional charges. Thank you!
How long does it take to set up?

Set up usually takes 1-2 hours. This depends on the size of the party and location of the party within the house. We will set a delivery time once the party is booked and we are happy to answer any questions!
Do I need a power supply?
-
No. All our lights are battery powered.
What happens if there is damage to one of the teepees or accessories?
-
Accidents happen. Please be honest with us and let us know. The cost for broken/damaged items are listed out in our terms and conditions. Payment is due at time of pickup. Thank you for your understanding and care.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $80 deposit in order to hold the date. The balance of the invoice is due 14 days prior to your event.
What areas do you cover?

We create luxurious events across the DFW metroplex. I am based in Garland. Delivery charges are based on distance.
What age range are the sleepover parties suitable for?
-
We specialize in events for both girls and boys, 4 years and older. If you have older children, or you are hosting a ladies or guys night, please let me know – I have some fun options for adults too!
Can your teepees be used outside?

No. My teepees are for indoor use only.
What is your cancellation policy?
